首先,外贸邮件营销的内容要具备以下要素:
1、制造紧迫感
有紧迫感的邮件主题,能提高邮件的打开率,用上一些表示最后期限的词语,比如“仅限今天”或“24小时后结束”等。促使读者赶快行动,而不是直接忽略关掉信件。
2、用具体数字
许多企业发的邮件主题意义不明确,因此有数字和具体数据的字眼会在一堆邮件中被留意到。在主题中使用数字是一个提高邮件打开率的方法。写上一个关于折扣、优惠或是特别的资源,比如“超过2000人参加了此次活动”,会让人觉得这次活动非常盛大,也会提升可信度。
3、让人觉得这封邮件很特殊
标题中加入一些感觉比较特殊的字眼,比如“只通知你”“你的独家信件”“给你的礼物”“专属邀请函”“私人邀请”等等。邮件营销做“标题党”是很正常的,因为首要让人先打开你的邮件才能有后一步的发展。
4、关键词放首位
研究表明,超过40%的电子邮件会在移动设备中被打开,而移动设备屏幕一行最多只能显示4-7个词。所以,把邮件的关键词放在前面能更好的传达邮件的信息,促使人打开邮件。
5、主题行中的个别词
使用“Sale”(促销)“New”(最新的)或“Video”(视频)“Free”(免费)“Today”(今天)“Re:”(转发)等这些词可以提高邮件打开率。
